Treatments with Michaela & Andrea carry a 5% surcharge.
All courses must be paid for on commencement and are valid for 12 months. Money is not refundable.

Gift Vouchers are vaild for 13months from date of purchase
The Management are unable to accept responsibility for any personal items lost or damaged on the premises.
We have tried to design the Salon for your relaxation and comfort, therefore out of consideration for other clients please try to arrange a baby sitter for your children and, we must insist on mobile phones being switched off.
Please note that 24 hours notice of cancellation is required for all bookings, otherwise a  full charge will be incurred if less than 24 hours notice is given. 

For treatments over 45 minutes we will require a deposit.
